Sing Praise

Lacs du col de Peyreget, Béarn, France by Cptcv * http://www.hysope.net

Good morning, beloved,

I’m going to praise today….join me?

Romans 1

9For that which is known about God is evident to them and made plain in their inner consciousness, because God [Himself] has shown it to them.
20For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification],

21Because when they knew and recognized Him as God, they did not honor and glorify Him as God or give Him thanks. But instead they became futile and [a]godless in their thinking [with vain imaginings, foolish reasoning, and stupid speculations] and their senseless minds were darkened.

Interesting passage, Cara…Yet, for me, this is always a good reminder to me.  What God has revealed about Himself is evident (which also states a very good point: what He doesn’t make clear, don’t go chasing what isn’t supposed to be known…i.e., the date and time of the end of the world..) and He has made it clear to our inner selves. God reveals Himself to each of us and we each have to make a clear decision. Yes or no. His eternal power and divinity are intelligible…

For me, I need to recognize God in my life, in the day to day.  To honor Him, to glorify Him and to give Him thanks for all things..to turn around as the leper did and give thanks…Oh Lord thank YOU for all of the gifts of my life. For the unanswered prayers…

Psalm 15

1LORD, WHO shall dwell [temporarily] in Your tabernacle? Who shall dwell [permanently] on Your holy hill?
2He who walks and lives uprightly and blamelessly, who works rightness and justice and speaks and thinks the truth in his heart,

3He who does not slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his friend, nor takes up a reproach against his neighbor;

4In whose eyes a vile person is despised, but he who honors those who fear the Lord (who revere and worship Him); who swears to his own hurt and does not change;

5[He who] does not put out his money for [a]interest [to one of his own people] and who will not take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.

Pray on, warrior. Praise to the only Faithful One!!
